Powhatan Lake Front
Addition and Renovation
The owners of this classic 70s ranch-style home were inspired by the timber construction and features of Ensminger’s other recent projects. They sought to replicate that rustic, mountain feel in the new areas of their home facing the lake. While the primary focus of the project was the addition of exterior living space, the total living space was nearly doubled and a large new garage was added as well.
