Windsor Farms Residence

ADDITION & RENOVATION

The client’s goals for this project started with a challenge—the need to completely remove the 1500 s.f. addition that had been added to the house many years prior to the new homeowners’ purchase. Once that difficult decision was made it was possible to achieve the client’s goals for a new living area, kitchen, family room, and upstairs master suite. Worth noting is the symmetry between the existing front staircase and the new rear stair and the existing living room fireplace and the new formal dining room fireplace.
