Wilton – Modern
ADDITION & RENOVATION
This was the third project for this client and instead of a typical Richmond-style home, the client wanted something that looked and felt like a West Coast home. The project began with a small mid-century rancher that was gutted to the studs. At the front of the house the original roofline was preserved and new, larger windows were added to the elevations. The surprise comes at the rear of the house where a dramatic sloped roof and glass walls enclose a new kitchen, living room, and master suite. Completing the West Coast feel the client envisioned, multiple sliding glass doors lead to a new pool and pool house.
